CECILE ECK
Born and raised in Charleston, Cecile is the Broker in Charge and General Manager of Trident Villa Rentals. Cecile started her Property Management career in 1984 in Charleston with O’Shaughnessy Resort Rentals, later purchasing it and operating two locations as Charleston Resort Properties. She is a 26-year resident of Hilton Head Island and is active in several local organizations. She is the mother of 3 and proud grandmother of two.

HENRI KIRSTEN
Henri, a South African born Chartered Accountant, moved to Hilton Head Island in July, 2014. His investment in Miller Long Term Rentals, the leading long term rental company in the region, reflects his commitment to serve the local community. Henri is a strong believer in the principles of integrity, decency and diligence. He is married to Petronella and they have 4 children.

MARK MEGLIORE
A western New York native, Mark and his wife Jennifer have lived in southern Beaufort County for almost 30 years. Having built his career through the accounting side of Property Management, he is now proud owner of High Tide Associates, where he has grown the company portfolio from 25 communities to 42. Mark’s ’67 Pontiac GTO and his 1954 AMI F-120 jukebox are a testament to his classic car and oldies music hobbies.

CALEB READY
A Greenville SC native, Caleb Ready has been a Property Manager since 2017. The Lead Property Manager at Island Time Hilton Head, Caleb is a proud member of the Vacation Rental Management Association and is on the Hilton Head Short Term Rentals Advisory Committee. When he’s not working, Caleb enjoys cooking for his friends and family, kayaking on the beautiful waterways of the low country, or relaxing on the beach.

A local resident since 1975, Sam is Vice President of Sales at Coastal Plains Insurance of the Lowcountry, where he serves his clients’ commercial insurance needs. Married to Lisa since 1987, they have two children – Samantha and Jonathan.

BRIAN TIERNEY
A Pinehurst NC native, Brian earned his bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism Management. Recruitment by Marriott to lead sales efforts for a new hotel opening is what brought him to Hilton Head. After earning his SC Property Management license, Brian founded ForeShore LLC, a Property Management & Rentals firm. Brian enjoys living and playing in Bluffton, and boating in our Lowcountry waters.
